4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the minimum extent necessary:

  • Dubai Land Department (DLD) & Ejari system — to register tenancy contracts on your behalf.
  • Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) — for trade-licence related verifications when required.
  • Banks & labour inspectors — only on your instruction or with your consent, to support corporate account opening or MOHRE compliance visits.
  • Service providers (processors) who act on our written instructions under data-processing agreements — for example our website hosting (Emergent), email delivery (Hostinger / Zoho Mail), CRM and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), and customer-relationship tooling.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors, accountants — bound by confidentiality.
  • Government & regulatory authorities — when required by UAE law or a valid order.

5. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas, Emergent hosting) operate servers outside the UAE. When we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so in accordance with UAE PDPL — relying on standard contractual safeguards, the recipient's adequate data-protection framework, or your explicit consent.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Lead enquiries — up to 24 months from last interaction, after which we either delete or fully anonymise.
  • Active client records — for the duration of the contract and 5 years after termination, to meet UAE accounting and tax-record obligations.
  • KYC documents — at least 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by UAE AML & tax laws.
  • Website analytics — Google Analytics raw event data retained for 14 months by default; aggregated reports may be retained longer.

After the relevant retention period, we securely delete or anonymise the data.

  • Encrypted storage of customer records on managed cloud infrastructure.
  • Bcrypt hashing of authentication credentials; JWT session tokens.
  • Access control limited to authorised staff with a need-to-know.

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — to understand how visitors use the Site.
