Question 1

What is Ejari and why do I need it?

Accepted Answer

Ejari is the official tenancy contract registration system run by Dubai's Land Department / RERA. Every business operating in Dubai needs a registered Ejari linked to a physical address — it is the document that DED, banks and labour authorities use to verify your office. Without Ejari you cannot complete trade-license formation, open a bank account or process visa stamping.

Question 2

How long does Ejari processing take with Trident Nexus?

Accepted Answer

Most of our clients receive their Ejari certificate within 24–48 business hours of providing the required documents and signed agreement. Express 15–30 minute processing is available on request, subject to documentation completeness.

Question 3

What documents do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Typically: passport copy, Emirates ID copy (if a UAE resident), and either your existing trade license or the company-formation paperwork in progress. We'll send you a tailored checklist after the first call.

Question 4

Can I use this address for visa stamping and labour file?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our packages include the inspection-ready office space, professional signage, reception staff and tenancy contract that DED, MoHRE and the labour authorities require for visa stamping and labour file approval.

Question 5

Is the Ejari valid for opening a corporate bank account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All major UAE banks (Emirates NBD, Mashreq, ENBD, FAB, ADCB, RAKBANK and others) accept our Ejari and address. Our office is designed to meet bank and labour inspection requirements — see the inspection support details on our homepage.

Question 6

What's the difference between a Virtual Office and a Flexi Desk?

Accepted Answer

A Virtual Office gives you the registered Ejari address, mail handling, signage, and access to the business centre on appointment — perfect for entrepreneurs who don't need a daily seat. A Flexi Desk gives you everything in the Virtual Office plus a real shared workstation you can use, which is sometimes required by certain free zones, banks or visa types.

Question 7

Can I renew my trade license through Trident Nexus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle license renewals end-to-end — Ejari renewal, DED renewal coordination and any required no-objection letters. Renewing with us is significantly faster than starting fresh, because all your documents are already on file.

Question 8

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If we are unable to deliver your Ejari for any reason on our side, we issue a full refund. Once the Ejari is issued in your name and registered with DLD, the contract is binding for the term you signed for. Full refund terms are in the agreement we share before payment — please ask the sales team for a sample.
